Due to the non-stick coating or similar treatment, the batter may slide slightly when making chiffon cake, but it can be baked without collapsing too much. I have made chiffon cake with it many times. The bottom is not removable, but the surface treatment makes it easy to remove the cake.
It has a hole in the center, but you can also make large decorated cakes like the one shown in the photo.
There are some minor scuffs, but they are not very noticeable and do not interfere with use.
On regular online stores, the price plus shipping would be quite high. This listing includes shipping, so it's a great deal.
