[Rainwear that doesn't get stuffy, flip up, or get caught]

Separated top and bottom prevents stuffiness.

[Jacket] Air escapes from the sides through the cuffs only.
[Lap Blanket] Fits snugly to the legs. Even in the wind, air doesn't get trapped inside the clothing, and it won't flip up in the wind.
[Lap Blanket] Choose from six fixing methods for the waist area.
[Jacket] Can be switched between long-sleeved and poncho style with a single item.
The hem and sleeves will not get caught in the wheels or casters (small wheels at the tip).
