Based on years of experience and research, we use whitford's non-stick fluoropolymer coating agent Xylan?, sold in 25 countries worldwide.
With a heat resistance of 250°C, it offers excellent release properties.
- Resists sticking, allowing you to transfer baked goods to a plate cleanly.
- If food does stick, it can be washed away with hot water or neutral detergent, keeping it clean.
- It is resistant to the acids found in fruits, essential for baking, and resists rust.
● Before first use, wash with kitchen detergent and dry.
● Do not use abrasive scrubbers, scouring powders, knives, or other hard objects as they will scratch the surface.
● Applying butter or oil before pouring in batter will further improve release.
● Do not use directly over open flames such as gas stoves or cooktops.
