For raising Japanese rhinoceros beetle larvae individually.

Highly nutritious
This listing is for a 1500ml Tall Clear Bottle with Himalayan Oyster Mushroom Fermented Substrate.

We created a specially designed tall bottle because Japanese rhinoceros beetle larvae build their pupal chambers vertically.

The clear bottle allows for excellent visibility, so you can clearly observe the larvae, pupae, and emergence. We ship this carefully crafted bottle filled with nutrient-rich fermented substrate.

Simply add your rhinoceros beetle larvae to this bottle, and it's ready for raising.

It includes ventilation holes and a special filter to prevent drain flies from entering.

This high-performance clear bottle allows for easy observation of the larvae's growth and feeding marks.

This is a durable bottle that won't break even if dropped.

Based on years of research, we use 100% Quercus (oak) sawdust, which has proven most effective for Japanese rhinoceros beetles, to create this premium, brand-new Himalayan Oyster Mushroom substrate. This fermented substrate is packed into the bottle.

Nutrient additives have been blended in to promote larger larval growth.

Symbiotic bacteria are also blended in.

By incorporating bacteria, symbiotic microorganisms within the digestive tract that break down cellulose (a protein source) become more active, improving nutrient absorption.

Feeding this from the early larval stages leads to larger adult sizes.

Experiments have shown that larvae raised on premium fermented substrate rich in symbiotic microorganisms, including internal bacteria, grow significantly larger than those raised on commercially available substrates.

We do not use any waste substrate discarded by mushroom farms. Instead, we crush new substrate made from Quercus sawdust and ferment it slowly for an extended period in a controlled indoor environment.

This is our ultimate, meticulously crafted substrate, completed with significant time and cost investment.

Most common fermented substrates from other companies use waste substrate discarded by mushroom farms as their raw material, resulting in reduced nutritional value.

Furthermore, inexpensive substrates fermented outdoors often contain mixed insects and drain fly eggs, leading to infestations during rearing.

Our Himalayan Oyster Mushroom Fermented Substrate is made exclusively from new substrate, slowly fermented indoors under controlled conditions, ensuring a 100% absence of mixed insects, so no pests or drain flies will appear during rearing.

The bottle lid features a special filter to prevent drain flies from entering from the outside.

Many Japanese rhinoceros beetles measuring 88mm have successfully emerged from this substrate.
