This is an assembly-type rack made of pipes.
No special tools are required; it can be assembled entirely by hand.
Regarding the fit of tires when stored, the upper rack can hold two 225/45/17 tires on 8.0J wheels with a few centimeters of space to spare.
I do not own wheels larger than 8.0J, so I cannot confirm if they will fit.
The lower rack holds 215/45/17 tires on 7.5J wheels, and there was considerable space.
If you have tires with different front and rear sizes, you should be able to store a certain range of sizes by placing the wider tires and narrower tires together.
This is a used item, so please understand that it is sold as-is (no returns, no exchanges) and let's have a pleasant transaction.

Regarding shipping, the original cardboard box has been discarded, so it will be shipped in a different cardboard box.
