We are a group of traditional carpenters involved in the restoration of national treasures and important cultural properties.

In addition to restoring cultural properties and constructing shrines and temples using traditional methods, we also manufacture and sell furniture, Buddhist and Shinto altar fittings, and woodwork products utilizing our carpentry skills.

Japanese traditional wooden architecture is not only an unparalleled mastery of craftsmanship that respects nature, but it has also been registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage as an industry that coexists with nature, recognized worldwide.

It is said that on the sites of traditional Japanese architecture, sustainability, which was already world-leading in the Edo period, was achieved by carefully using materials to the fullest, demonstrating consideration for the environment since ancient times.

[About Cypress Chips]
We sell the shavings produced during the processing of domestic cypress wood as cypress chips.
We use only high-quality, naturally dried cypress, ensuring a safe and secure product.
We have received excellent feedback from our customers.
We believe they would also be good to mix with the coniferous chips (cedar) we are also offering.

We will fill a new size 120 cardboard box to its maximum capacity.
The box dimensions are: width 47cm x depth 33cm x height 30cm.
This is 42 liters, and the content weight is approximately 1.8kg, though it may vary slightly with humidity.

Please understand that the coarseness or fineness of the shavings may vary depending on the processing.
The photos are for general reference; we will ship a product of equivalent quality.
