● This is a top-quality product highly recommended by Kawaguchi Shokai for raising larvae, egg-laying, and stocking.
This product contains 6 bags, each approximately 9L.

● The finest quality substrate from Nose's long-established dealer, Kawaguchi Shokai!

● We have recreated Kawaguchi Shokai's legendary APO substrate, now finely fermented to a deep black and ultra-fine particle size.

● This is a great value product containing 6 bags, each approximately 9L, packed in a cardboard box.

● We manually remove the core from Quercus and Nara logs and process them into fine particle substrate (sifted through a 2.4mm sieve).
Additionally, we add supplements to ensure long-term preservation.

● Due to the extensive labor involved, mass production is not possible.
This substrate has shown excellent results for the egg-laying and rearing of most stag beetles.
We have used it for breeding and rearing species such as Dorcus hopei binodulosus, Neolucanus swirei, Dorcus curvidens, Dorcus titanus, Dorcus rhadamanthus, various Dorcus species, Prosopocoilus inclinatus, and Trichogomphus formosanus, and have experienced surprisingly high egg production, with eggs laid at the bottom of the breeding case. We decided to offer this product not only for our own satisfaction but also to those stag beetle enthusiasts and breeders who are struggling with no egg-laying or poor yields. Why not experience the joy of abundant egg production for yourself?
*It is also suitable for raising larvae, and this substrate provides very stable growth. Using this substrate for log rearing significantly reduces the chance of mortality and leads to stable sizes and results.

*Currently, we are experiencing a shortage of dedicated bags for our Special Selected Stag Beetle Substrate.
The product will be packed in plain bags, but the contents are the same Special Selected Stag Beetle Substrate as always.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
