These are 6 spent substrate blocks that were used for shiitake mushroom cultivation.
Rhinoceros beetle larvae love to eat these and grow large.
The key to raising large adult rhinoceros beetles is to provide them with nutrient-rich food during their larval stage.
The 6 blocks will be packed into a size 90 cardboard box and shipped anonymously via YuYu Mercari便 or Rakuraku Mercari便.
Sizes may vary slightly.
Average dimensions: Height approx. 20cm, Width approx. 13cm, Depth 12cm (3000cc)
*As they are currently being dried, they may be smaller than the stated dimensions.
The blocks may break during transport. They are also stored outdoors, so small insects may have entered.
Please understand this before purchasing.
Green mold may appear due to humidity, but it does not affect the larvae.
If you are concerned, you can wash it off with water before use.
Before use, soak the blocks in water to moisten them, then bury them in the substrate to feed.
