Hamasendan leaves: 120 small leaves (food for swallowtail butterflies)

●We will send you 120 (or more) small leaves of Hama Sendan in a plastic bag via Nekoposu delivery. The first image is a sample of leaves taken on April 24th of this year. This leaf has 19 small leaves attached. The number of small leaves per pinnately compound leaf varies. For 120 small leaves, it will be around 8 pinnately compound leaves. In the second image, ① is the rachis, ② is the leaflet, and ? is the petiole. Please note that petioles and rachises are not branches. They are part of the leaf, so they will also fall off during leaf drop. The 4th to 6th images were taken on April 25th of this year.
●Hama Sendan is food for the larvae of swallowtail butterflies such as the Common Swallowtail, Monkey Swallowtail, Okinawa Swallowtail, Yaeyama Swallowtail, Asian Swallowtail, and Mountain Swallowtail.
●We will send you leaves from mature trees, which are larger than those from young trees. The scale in the first image is marked in 1 cm increments. We will send you young leaves but they will be of mature leaf size. The leaves we send are from cultivated plants, but they are grown in nature, so they may have small insects or eggs attached. Please check them yourself before use to avoid any contamination. (In this area, in addition to the Common Swallowtail, we occasionally see Asian Swallowtails and Monkey Swallowtails.)
●We will harvest the leaves after receiving your order, so depending on the weather, we may not be able to respond immediately.
●Shipping will be via standard temperature delivery. Please consider the delivery time required when making your purchase, as the region of origin is displayed.
