[Product Description]

This is a vertical gypsum ant farm that is almost equivalent to those sold at Ari Shop for over 8,000 yen.
It comes with a queen's chamber, so even if you haven't caught a queen ant yet, you'll be prepared for any chance encounters! ?(>?<)?
To provide water, use the included dropper from the back.
Tap water is fine, but avoid touching the gypsum to check dryness, as this can cause mold.
There are two 8mm outer diameter holes, allowing for easy relocation and re-relocation.
The bolts are made of stainless steel, so they won't rust from watering.
The nest is fixed to the observation surface, preventing escapes.

The recommended usage period is 2-3 years, but this may vary slightly depending on the environment and the colony's condition.

[How to Use and Precautions]

1. Before use, always moisten the gypsum chamber with the included dropper. Do not overwater. While some species may not require watering, it is generally necessary.

2. Place the queen ant in the included gypsum chamber and attach the feeding area with a tube.
The queen ant does not need to be fed until worker ants are born. If you are concerned, you can give her commercial honey.
Important: Never put food directly into the gypsum chamber. This can cause mold. When feeding, use the non-gypsum chamber and provide food in a foil-lined container or a modified bottle cap.

3. Once worker ants are born and the starter nest becomes too small, connect the vertical gypsum nest and attach the feeding area to the other side.
Before using the gypsum nest, water it from the back. Overwatering can lead to condensation, mold, flooding of eggs, and colony collapse, so be careful.
