I was diagnosed with needing crutches at an orthopedic clinic and rented them. The clinic wrapped my arm in bandages, but my underarms were painful, so I bought this online and used it for about 20 days. My condition has improved, and I've returned the crutches. I'm offering this to anyone experiencing similar pain while using crutches.
The cover is made of urethane and attaches easily to the crutches with Velcro.
