Description
This is a cast for the left foot.
(Not a cast shoe.)
It was custom-made by a specialist orthotist at an orthopedic clinic using a plaster cast mold when I fractured the metatarsal bone in my left foot. The sole is not flexible.
The size is 23.5cm. Used indoors only for 3 weeks. The orthotist advised wearing it with socks. Thanks to this, it is removable, unlike traditional casts. It was possible to bathe by removing the sandal. It was also removed during sleep.
As it is a medical device, the Velcro is secure and can be attached and detached multiple times.
