Description

The light bulb is not LED. It is an incandescent bulb.
The extension cord and E26 base shown in the first image are not included. Only the light bulb is included.

I purchased this new about 5 years ago.
After purchase, I confirmed it lit up. (I believe I did.)
For this listing, I have confirmed all 4 bulbs light up. Each bulb was used for less than 1 minute.
Therefore, I am listing it as Near Unused.
