Application is easy; please refer to the photos and videos for clear instructions. The forefoot pads can be applied to either the sole of the foot or the inside of the shoe. Please ensure that your feet and shoes are dry and clean before using the sole protection pads. For longevity, we recommend applying shoe sole adhesive or sole protection pads.
The back of the forefoot cushion features high-quality adhesive with a strong bonding agent. This strong adhesive ensures that the footbed will not detach even with all-day use. The metatarsal foot cushion also functions as a foot support and can be easily removed without leaving any residue.
