LIXIL Single Lever Mixer Faucet, Chrome Plated Finish

LIXIL Single-lever Faucet with Built-in Water Purifier (Nickel Chrome Plating) JF-1456SYX(JW)
This is a pull-out spray type.

Recently, when turning off the water, the lever would catch and not go all the way down, sometimes preventing the water from stopping. It stops if you lower the lever while rotating it left and right.
It is likely that replacing the valve cartridge would resolve this, but I do not have the technical skills to do so, so I had a professional replace the faucet with a new one.
Before removal, there were no leaks from the piping or the pull-out spray hose.
As shown in the 6th photo, there was originally a plastic cap to cover the hole, but it was damaged due to deterioration during removal and is not included. Since it is only for covering the hole, you can prevent water from entering by applying aluminum tape, vinyl tape, or similar after installation.

This item is being sold as junk. Please purchase if you intend to use it as is, or if you plan to repair it yourself. No returns or claims will be accepted after purchase.

It currently has a JF-21 water purifier filter (replaced in April), but please replace it if you are concerned.
