Description

This is a genuine horsehair sieve with a diameter of 18.5cm and a height of 10cm.
As shown in the photos, there are chips in two places. One of the chips is on the wooden frame, so I don't think it will have much of an impact.
I purchased this at a cooking class about 40 years ago, but I have hardly ever used it. If I did use it, it was only about once.
