18-8 Stainless Steel One-Touch Sieve (Flour Sifter).

The screen can be replaced with a single touch.

For breaking up lumps of matcha, cocoa, etc.

For incorporating air into cake flour, powdered sugar, and kinako. For straining tofu, etc.

Multiple units are available. This one was purchased as a spare and has not been used frequently in the kitchen, so it is in relatively good condition.

There are minor, inconspicuous stains on the rim, and small scratches and scuffs from use.

It was used with care, but as I am no longer working as a patissier, I would be happy to pass it on to professionals or those who enjoy baking.
