How to Use (Slip Sheet Type)
1. Put the slip sheet on your foot.
• Fold the blue sheet shown in the photo in half to form a tube, and slide it onto your foot from the toes to the ankle, covering it completely.
• Make sure to insert it all the way in so that the heel is not exposed.
2. Put on the stocking over the sheet.
• Align the toe part of the stocking and slowly pull it up over the sheet.
• The fabric will slide over the sheet, making it easier to pull up than usual.
3. Pull the stocking up to your thigh.
• While straightening out any wrinkles or twists, pull the stocking up firmly to your thigh.
4. Remove the slip sheet.
• Once the stocking is in place, grasp the sheet through the open toe area of the stocking and smoothly pull it out towards your toes.
5. Final check.
• Check that there are no wrinkles in the stocking and that the heel is properly positioned.
