● Product Description: This is a new, free-shipping pastry board for cooking and baking, manufactured in our own factory in Japan.

The top surface is polished to a high shine. The four corners are rounded (R-cut), and the top and bottom edges are chamfered to prevent injury. The shine is from polishing, not coating, so you can use it with confidence.
The back is equipped with four cork sheets to prevent scratches and provide anti-slip properties, as shown in the third image.

Natural marble has high thermal conductivity and low specific heat capacity, making it cool to the touch. This helps to suppress the temperature rise of dough, preventing it from becoming sticky. It is very useful for kneading pizza, bread, pie, and pastry dough, as well as for chocolate confectionery.
