● Product Description: This is a new, free-shipping product for cooking and pastry making, manufactured in our own domestic factory.

The top surface is polished to a high sheen, and the 4 corners are R-cut. The top and bottom edges are chamfered to prevent injury.
The back surface is equipped with 4 cork sheets for scratch prevention and anti-slip, as shown in the 3rd image.

Natural marble has high thermal conductivity and low specific heat capacity, making it cool to the touch. This helps suppress the temperature rise of dough, preventing it from becoming sticky. It is very useful for kneading pizza, bread, pie, and pastry dough, as well as for chocolate confectionery.

As a characteristic of this stone type, pinholes (small natural pores) may be present, but they do not affect the function of the rolling board.
