Good news for bunions!
1. The inventor, Yukio Miyazaki, has been practicing shiatsu and bone setting for 28 years in Monzen-Nakacho, Tokyo. He believes that strengthening the muscles of the soles of the feet is important for treating bunions, and was inspired by the traditional Japanese bamboo foot roller (Aodakefumi) to create this product.

2. Differences from other bunion prevention/correction products.
Many bunion products involve placing a pad between the big toe and the second toe to prevent the big toe from moving towards the second toe. However, this can compress the other four toes and worsen deformities.
Also, supporters that wrap around the foot may temporarily relieve pain, but they can weaken the foot muscles, potentially leading to the progression of bunions.
We recommend using Ashifumikun at home and bunion-specific supporters or shoes when going out.

How to use:
Place Ashifumikun on the floor. Place your heel on the oval flat part, and your toes on the kamaboko-shaped part. Stand up and bend your knees, putting weight on your toes. Then, straighten your knees and repeat the motion of bending and putting weight on your toes as if stepping. You can also repeat the weight transfer to your toes without bending your knees.
Use for 10 to 30 minutes a day during your free time. However, stop if you feel pain. Try again the next day.
