● Product Description: This is a new, free-shipping product for cooking and pastry making, manufactured in our own domestic factory.

　The top surface is polished to a high sheen, and the 4 corners are R-cut. The top and bottom edges are chamfered to prevent injury.
　The back is equipped with 4 cork sheets to prevent scratches and provide anti-slip properties, as shown in the 3rd image.
　
　Natural marble has high thermal conductivity and low specific heat capacity, making it cool to the touch. This helps to suppress the temperature rise of dough, preventing it from becoming sticky. It is very useful for kneading pizza, bread, pie, and pastry dough, as well as for chocolate confectionery.

　Our white marble rolling boards are custom-ordered in various sizes by professionals nationwide, including Western and Japanese confectioneries, pizzerias, and cafes, and are highly favored by them. 　As a characteristic of this stone type, pinholes (small natural pores) may be present, but they do not affect the functionality of the rolling board.
　Please note that due to the natural stone, the pattern will vary from piece to piece and may differ from the pattern shown in the images. The images from 1 to 3 are of a different size product. Images from the 4th onwards are for illustrative purposes.
　Due to the nature of natural stone, there may be unavoidable minor chips, very small scratches, or white streaks that are lighter than the base color. The back side may have small chips due to material reasons that do not affect use, so please understand.
