These are the tools I used when I started making soba noodles on my own.
I am selling them because I replaced each item.
I sharpened the knife myself.
I shortened the length of the komaita (soba cutting board) slightly.
The kneader bowl is a substantial 42cm in size.
It can also be used for making udon noodles.
The items are already packed, so I cannot add more photos or sell them individually.
The condition is listed as poor.
