This is a 3-piece set of soba kneading bowls.
The kneading bowl has a diameter of 360mm, is quite large in person, and has a good depth, so I think it will be easy to work with (the size of the kneading bowl is quite important).
It is not new, but I believe it is in good condition.
I am selling it because I have almost no plans to use it.
If you are just starting out with soba, or if you knead dough for bread or other flour-based foods, or if you make noodles from scratch, please consider using this.
