Rust-resistant, high-quality, authentic stainless steel soba knife made with our unique manufacturing method. The original wooden grip by Toyokura pursues balance and ease of grip, resulting in a stable construction with minimal wobble.
Purchased 1 year ago and used approximately 3 times. Still very sharp.
There is some slight dirt on the handle and minor scuffs on the blade, but they are not very noticeable.
