This is a DIY-built container house.


External dimensions: Width 558 x Depth 240 x Height 250 (cm)
Internal dimensions: Width 525 x Depth 206 x Height 215 (cm)
*Dimensions are approximate. Please allow for slight errors as these are amateur measurements.

The exterior front is finished with yakisugi (charred cedar), and the left, right, and rear sides are covered with black siding. The frame is coated with black anti-rust paint.
The interior walls, floor, and ceiling are all made of coniferous plywood. Includes a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet and insulation (glass wool).

The air conditioner, outdoor unit, and distribution board are new.
There are two ceiling rosettes for lighting,
and a total of four outlets are installed in each corner of the room.

The container itself is used, so there are many dents and scratches as shown in the photos.
Also, due to amateur DIY, there are many instances of varnish splatters and ink spills on the floor, as well as gaps where the walls and floor meet.
There is no water leakage.

The item will be sold as-is, so please only purchase if you are not concerned about minor imperfections.

 The delivery and installation service will include placing the concrete blocks and setting up the container.

*Please refrain from purchasing if you wish to have the container installed in a location where a 4-ton crane truck cannot access.
