Small Container House / Storage Shed - Yakisugi (Charred Cedar) Exterior Specification

This is a container house built by a carpenter.


External dimensions: Width 206 x Depth 207 x Height 220 (cm)
Internal dimensions: Width 191 x Depth 182 x Height 184 (cm)

The entire exterior is clad in yakisugi (charred cedar). The pillar sections are also finished with charring to match the yakisugi. The frame has a black anti-rust coating.
The interior walls, floor, and ceiling are all made of coniferous plywood. Breathable waterproof sheeting and waterproof tape have been applied.

The container itself is used, so there are many dents and scratches as shown in the photos.
Also, as this is amateur DIY, there are gaps in the seams of the walls and floor.
There is no water leakage.

This is a as-is sale, so please only purchase if you are not concerned about minor details.
Cancellations after purchase are not possible.

Delivery and installation will be up to the point of placing the concrete blocks.

*Please refrain from purchasing if you wish to have it installed in a location where a 4-ton crane truck cannot access.
