Blue prefabricated structure house with black roof, windows, and sink

- Color: Blue
- Structure: Prefabricated

- Roof color: Black
- Accessories: Table (as shown next to the window in the photo), dish cabinet, cafe table, portable toilet

Thank you for looking.

This is a container house that was used as a fruit store for 26 years.
An additional roof has been added to prevent leaks, and a room of about 4 tatami mats has been added to the back.
The window is cracked and has been covered, but the interior is very clean.

The adjacent portable toilet can also be included. It is scheduled to be cleaned this month on the 18th.
We cannot transport it.
We are selling it at a bargain price to anyone who can dismantle and take it away.
The photos show everything.

It is located in Tsuchiura City, Ibaraki Prefecture, but please feel free to contact us if you are able to dismantle and take it away.
