?? Condition of Deterioration
- There are dents and distortions of various sizes in places.
- There are missing parts at the top corners. While there are no water stains inside currently, rainwater may enter (Image 15).
- The gasket on the double doors is deteriorated and damaged, creating gaps. It appears that rainwater is entering through these gaps (Images 10-14).

- The double doors are deteriorated and cannot be opened. (It may be possible to force them open, but please assume they cannot be opened and attempt to open them only after purchase and pickup.)

- Shelving has been built on the inside of the double doors. The shelves will not be removed, so please take the item as is.

- The sliding doors have two locks in total: one external and one built into the door itself. However, only the key for the external lock is available (Image 19).

- Due to a structure directly to the side, a crane truck or similar vehicle cannot be parked directly alongside. It will likely need to be parked about 1-2 meters in front or behind (Image 18).

- We have no knowledge of lifting or loading equipment, so we cannot advise on what type of vehicle would be suitable for transport. If you are concerned, please arrange for an on-site inspection.
