Ono Type 1 Noodle Machine, Double Blade 2.2mm & 4.2mm
229.68 $
Description
This is the Ono Type 1 (double-sided blade) noodle maker.
This is a rare piece of equipment that is no longer manufactured. We recommend it for those who are looking for one.
It is perfect for making New Year's soba, homemade ramen, and udon noodles.
★ After disassembly and cleaning, it has been lubricated with edible machine oil and Sharibnare for maintenance.
The operation has been confirmed and a basic cleaning has been performed. However, before use, please make noodles with scrap dough to remove any remaining dirt before actual use.
★ As this is an old machine, there are some scratches and dirt from use, but I believe it is in quite good condition. Please check the photos for the condition. If there are any parts you would like to confirm that are not visible in the attached photos, please feel free to ask. I will check and add photos if necessary.
★ The cutting blades are 2.2mm and 4.2mm. I believe these are easy-to-use sizes.
Thank you for your consideration.
