Completed beautiful item! Unit house with appliances!! Container house prefab Man's hideaway Oita Prefecture

Created in an American garage style.
How about this as a low-cost housing option?

We can also build from scratch if you have specific requests.
I believe it can be built at a significantly lower cost than this unit house.

This is a private listing.

It was built by professionals, but has only been tested once. I don't have much plans to use it in the future, so I'm listing it for sale.

The exterior is made in China, but a roof has been added with sheet metal and proper caulking.
A roof has also been added to the exterior to prevent rainwater.

The interior is finished with OSB, and the flooring has insulation.
About 6 outlets have been added.
It is ready to move in immediately after installation.
The room light comes with a remote control for dimming.

The exterior will gradually deteriorate, but like Japanese-made products, it can be lived in for a long time with maintenance and repainting.
Water pipes are also equipped with freeze protection, and a box outlet is provided for extending Wi-Fi outdoors.

Includes IH kitchen, unit bath with toilet, and air conditioner.
