This is a spacious steel frame house measuring 6m x 9m (approx. 16 tsubo). It is built more sturdily than a typical greenhouse and can be repurposed as a garage or workshop.
【Price】 We are flexible with price reductions for current condition, no processing. ￥350,000 (includes pillar welding/cutting for a single unit. If no processing is needed, ￥300,000~ negotiable).
【Condition & Details】
* Size: Width 6m x Depth 9m
* One side of the pillars is Y-shaped as it was part of a connected structure.
* We can also perform processing (cutting/welding) to make it a standalone unit before delivery!
* Parts for both gable ends (width sides) are missing. We are offering it at a lower price than market value due to this.
