Description
This was used as a workshop deep in the mountains.
We will give it to someone who can dismantle it themselves and take it away on a decided date.
The exterior walls are in poor condition, but the framework has little rust.
Please renew the exterior walls, roof, and floor yourself.
If we dismantle the aluminum sashes and internal electrical components, they will become trash. However, if you remove the items you wish to use yourself, you can take everything with you.
We can also dispose of the lumber generated during dismantling.
A truck can access right up to the side of the building.
If there are any exterior walls, roofing, or flooring materials you want, you are welcome to take them with you as they are.
I forgot to take pictures, but next to this prefabricated building,
there is also a garage of the same size that was used.
We welcome simultaneous purchases and offer discounts.
We are currently considering the same price for that as well.
