This is a kneading bowl purchased from Yotsuru in Kappabashi, Tokyo.
It has only been used twice for practice and is in very beautiful condition.
Unlike lighter kneading bowls, this one has a solid, substantial feel and is stable.
I was told by the craftsman that the coating is a blend of lacquer and urethane, providing both durability and a glossy finish.
It has been used carefully and stored with care, so I believe it will satisfy everyone from soba noodle hobbyists to those opening a business or professionals.
