 Outer: Denim, 100% Cotton
             Lining: T-shirt fabric, 100% Cotton

 Outer: Denim Blue
             Lining: Gray


Body: Approx. 45cm x 36cm (no gusset)
Handle: Approx. 4.5cm wide x 100cm long

This flashy bag makes full use of the colorful and punk embroidery of skulls and flowers from MHR310 JEAN'S.

A loyal customer of my original bags requested a bag with a lid so they wouldn't spill the contents if they fell over while drunk. I took on the challenge! The design is inspired by messenger bags, like those used by junior high school boys for school back in the day.
I made two of these and showed them to the client, who chose the plain denim one without decorations. So, I'm listing this one.

You can use the 4 jean pockets on the front and back. There's also 1 inner pocket. The small pocket attached to the outside of the lid is also usable as a design element.
Only the bag opening has a magnetic clasp. The lid itself doesn't have a fastener, but a D-ring acts as a weight. You can also attach a charm!

I've finished it with attention to detail and individuality, but...

When sewing the lining and outer fabric together and then topstitching from the outside, there was some puckering at the base of the shoulder strap. (See images 12 & 13)
I hope someone with a generous spirit who doesn't mind a beginner's lack of skill will enjoy using it (sweat).

This is a completely original creation made solely from inspiration, without a pattern, and developed as I went along. It took a lot of time, and I can't recreate the exact same one even if I tried.
