Thank you for looking!

A beautiful, traditional Kuro-Uru-Shu (black-inner-vermilion) 1-shaku sized kneading bowl.

Perfect for making soba or udon noodles, as a rice bowl for chirashi sushi, or as a large serving bowl for gatherings.
This item has been stored unused for a long time, but it has a glossy finish like lacquerware throughout.

[Size]
?Outer diameter: approx. 30.7 cm
?Inner diameter: approx. 28.0 cm
?Depth: approx. 8.5 cm

[Condition]
?Unused stored item: Both the inside and outside are glossy and appear to be in clean condition.
?Regarding scratches: There is one spot where the paint is not chipped, but it is a small scratch and scuff-like area that is only visible when held up to the light.
The gloss makes it difficult to capture well in photos.
?Box: Due to the long storage period, the outer box is considerably damaged, but it will be used for protection during shipping.

[Material]
?Resin (It has a moderate weight and is solidly constructed with good stability.)

[About the material]
Due to the age-related deterioration of the box, the exact material name sticker is no longer present, but based on the texture, it is likely a high-quality resin such as melamine resin which has a moderate weight and hardness.
It has a durable and hygienic feel, similar to tableware widely used in schools, hospitals, and hotels, so you can use it with confidence as a kneading bowl or serving bowl for food.
It feels solid and stable in your hands, and features a deep luster like lacquerware.

[Shipping and Packaging]
?As this is a fragile item, it will be protected with cushioning material and carefully packed in a cardboard box for shipping.
