Made of very soft and lightweight leather.
The strap is not removable.

My mother loved Petit Point and purchased this at Keio Department Store in Shinjuku. She seems to have used it a little, but it has been stored away recently.
There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there is one stain inside, slight scuffing on the corners, and minor wrinkles/warping on the leather.
