This is a unique and very stylish pochette featuring an appliqué of Hyottoko (a traditional Japanese comic mask) on kimono obi fabric, with some use of antique cloth.
It has one inner pocket.
Although it has not been used many times, there is a small tear near the zipper (on the back of the pochette), so the item's condition is listed as slightly scratched or dirty.
