Please note that the actual color may differ from the color shown on your monitor. You may notice powder adhering to the mat during use, which is a natural phenomenon due to the properties of diatomaceous earth. As it is a natural material, a small amount of powder may fall off, but this is not a quality issue and can be used with confidence. During the manufacturing process of this product, there may be instances where adhesive adheres to other parts, slight peeling, or residual adhesive odor. You can scrape off excess adhesive yourself. Also, you can use the peeled areas by applying the included repair adhesive. The odor will gradually diminish by leaving the product in a well-ventilated area for a while. Please note that as the condition of each product varies, we are selling them at a significantly reduced price. Therefore, we cannot accept requests to choose the condition of the product, nor can we accept returns or exchanges. Please understand and acknowledge this before making your purchase.
