Iwatani Cooking Torch CB-TC-C Like New

This is an Iwatani cooking torch burner (model number: CB-TC-C).

This is a cooking torch burner that attaches to a cassette gas canister (cylinder) and is used for searing sushi, caramelizing desserts, finishing gratins, and more.
It has been opened but is almost unused.

To prevent accidental operation or gas leaks, always ensure the knob is in the locked (or closed) position before attaching.
Place the cassette gas canister on a level surface with the cylinder standing upright.
Align the protrusion on the bottom of the burner (guide protrusion) with the indentation on the cassette gas canister.
Push down firmly from above and turn clockwise until it clicks into place to secure it. Be careful not to point the ignition nozzle at people or flammable materials.
Open the gas adjustment knob and pull the ignition lever (trigger) to ignite.
To extinguish, after use, close the knob completely and confirm that the flame has gone out. Once the burner has completely cooled down, remove it from the gas canister by reversing the attachment procedure (turning counter-clockwise) and store it.
