These are terracotta tiles for your veranda or balcony.
Even beginners can adjust the size and install them for a beautiful finish (see the example in the first photo).
I had quite a bit left over and left 3 unopened boxes after purchase, but I'm listing them as they are unused.

*The price is for one box of 10 tiles. I have 3 boxes in stock, so I am listing them one by one, box by box.
*I have a total of 3 boxes (30 tiles), so if you wish to purchase them all together, please comment and I will secure the stock and arrange for combined shipping.

The MT series features high water retention, allowing the uchimizu (water sprinkling) effect to last longer.
This environmentally conscious series utilizes its unique water retention function to cool the surrounding air when sprinkled with water, creating a long-lasting cool environment.

Bring coolness to your balcony with uchimizu. The MT series will change your summer lifestyle.

Compared to general wood decks, the low-temperature maintenance time is more than twice as long.

The temperature difference is also significant when compared to concrete floors.

Eco-friendly summer style: Feel the cool breeze and live an environmentally conscious life.
Uchimizu, a traditional Japanese custom, is gaining attention.
One of the reasons for the attention on uchimizu is evaporative cooling. Evaporative cooling is the heat absorbed from the surroundings when water turns into gas. By sprinkling water, air flows, creating wind, and effectively lowering the perceived temperature by utilizing natural principles. Enjoy an eco-life with the MT series [Cooling Barsea] that has water retention effects from uchimizu!

Sprinkle water on your balcony at dusk. Enjoy a moment of cool breeze.
Why not lay the [Cooling Barsea] with its unique water-retaining structure that sustains the uchimizu effect on your balcony, open the windows, and turn off the air conditioner for a while? It is particularly effective when done during times when the temperature drops, such as dusk. Why not change your summer lifestyle a little with uchimizu + Cooling Barsea?

MT01 Color: Sesame Orange By coordinating with Sesame Orange, a warm color close to the living room floor color, you can create a sense of continuity between the interior and the balcony.
