KLINT 368 Floor Lamp - Nordic Vintage

The Model 368, unveiled at an exhibition in Gothenburg, Sweden, in 1979, saw a new classic beauty emerge through the collaboration of a classic pleated shade and furniture designer Flemming Agger, achieving immediate popularity from its launch. It remains a bestseller to this day.
This series features traditional, beautiful straight lines, influenced by Japanese origami.
The regularly repeating folds create beautiful shadows, forming the origin of Le Klint. The shades, unchanged since the company's founding, are still meticulously handcrafted one by one by skilled pleating artisans in our Danish workshop.

LE KLINT | Le Klint
In 1901, Danish architect P.V. Jensen-Klint created the first shade, inspired by Japanese origami, to regulate the light from an oil lamp. The regularly repeating folds create beautiful shadows, forming the origin of Le Klint.
The design and traditional techniques, refined through life in Denmark during long winters, have been cherished and passed down through generations, transcending time. While holding a high status, as evidenced by being appointed Purveyor to the Royal Danish Court in 2003, it is also a familiar brand loved in ordinary Nordic homes. We deliver beautiful designs and soft light, handcrafted by artisans in our workshop in Denmark, unchanged since our founding.
