Straight-grain boards are a rare and precious wood, obtainable from only a small portion of Hiba logs.
Ultra-premium quality boards, sourced from trees around 200 years old, are rarely available.

While they are priced higher than plain-sawn boards, they are more resistant to scratches, allowing for longer use.

Both sides are finished with a single pass of a 360mm wide, large woodworking machine's super-finishing planer, resulting in a beautiful finish. Customers who have purchased these boards have expressed their delight with the beautiful finish and luster.

Additionally, the edges and four corners are chamfered and rounded for a comfortable feel and smooth washing.

The water drains well after washing, and it dries quickly, making it hygienic.
As this is solid wood, warping, bending, twisting, and cracking may occur.

This item is new and unused, but there may be minor scratches.
