This is a cutting board made of Kyoto Shirokiya Nekoyanagi, approximately 41cm x 24cm.
I'm not sure if it's still in stock, but it's considered the pinnacle of cutting boards, taking 10 years to make and usable for at least 30 years.
Furthermore, Nekoyanagi is the best wood for cutting boards.
I acquired it over 10 years ago and have barely used it because I felt it was too precious.

As it has been stored for many years, the color has deepened.
As stated in the description, it may return to its original color with bleach, but I am listing it as is.

As expected from natural drying and planing after complete drying, there is no warping.

It can be planed down twice, but it has not been planed down even once yet.
The tape that was initially applied to the corner is still attached.
(I have left it as is, as instructed to use it until it naturally comes off.)

Recently, two of my Shigehusa knives sold in an instant, but I believe this item is far more rare.

I am listing this as part of my decluttering, but there is a possibility that I may withdraw the listing.
