70s-80s National (Matsushita Electric Works) Metal Vintage Bracket Light

70s-80s National (Matsushita Electric Works) Metal Vintage Bracket Light, 2-Bulb Wall Mount
Space Age, Removed from Old Japanese House, Store Fixture, Industrial, Showa Retro
250

This is a vintage light manufactured by National (Matsushita Electric Works) that can be used as a bracket light, wall light, wall lamp, wall-mounted lighting, or wall-mounted light.

It was previously used in the Western-style room of an old Japanese house that was renovated into a store. Its aged texture, which blends into the space, is also a charm.

The design evokes the Space Age and Mid-Century styles, and it blends well with industrial and retro-modern spaces. It illuminates walls beautifully with its soft, diffused lighting, making it recommended for creating ambiance. It's a statement piece that can also be used as store fixtures or for display.
The chrome-like body with a sense of weight and its sharp spike design are characteristic, and it is estimated to be a vintage item from around the 1970s-1980s (this is an estimate only).

This is a wall-mounted type that requires electrical work to light up.

*The wiring on the wall side was cut during removal.
The wiring on the main unit side remains (see image).
Wiring connection is required for installation, so we recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
