This is a set that includes one diamond sharpening stone and one glass base.
After purchase, please let us know your desired grit from the following options via message: 240, 400, 1000, 2000, 3000.

The highly flat float glass is ideal as a base for thin diamond sharpening stones.
We use glass with sufficient thickness to prevent warping during use.
In addition to regular knife sharpening, the coarse grit stone is excellent for flattening other stones, and the fine grit stone is effective for creating slurry on natural whetstones.
Furthermore, even when the diamond sharpening stone reaches the end of its life, the glass plate can be reused, making it economical.

Please attach the diamond sharpening stone to the glass plate using double-sided tape or similar adhesive.
When replacing the stone, you can easily remove it by warming it with a hairdryer and inserting a scraper or similar tool between the stone and the glass.

To prevent issues, we generally ask that you attach the stone yourself.
We can attach the stone for you for an additional 100 yen per stone, but please understand that we cannot accept complaints regarding the attachment method.
