You can easily adjust the texture and perceived temperature according to the daily temperature and your physical condition.

If you sweat, we also recommend using the terry cloth side to absorb sweat, then switching back to the cool side.

It dries quickly even when air-dried indoors, so daily washing is not a hassle.
