? How to Use ?
① Fold the cup.
② Squat slightly and insert the folded cup.
③ Insert it all the way in, twist gently, and pull to open the cup to complete insertion.

? When Removing ?
① Gently squeeze the cup and pull.
② Gently pull it out.
③ Empty the menstrual blood collected in the cup into the toilet.
④ Rinse the cup with water or wipe it with paper, etc.

? How to Choose Your Size ?
S size: Under 30 years old, no history of childbirth
L size: Over 30 years old, with a history of childbirth

The S size is easier to handle, so you can try starting with the S size^^ I use both depending on my mood and flow.

During shipping, the thickness will be 3cm, so please understand that it will be slightly flattened. It will return to its original shape as it is silicone.
