① Fold the cup.
② Squat slightly and insert the folded cup.
③ Insert it fully, then gently twist and pull to open the cup and complete insertion.

② Pull it out gently.
③ Empty the collected menstrual blood into the toilet.
④ Rinse the cup with water or wipe it with paper.

Size S: Under 30 years old, has not given birth
Size L: Over 30 years old, has given birth
The S size is easier to handle, so some people try starting with the S size first. I personally use both depending on my mood and flow.

The product will be compressed to a thickness of 3cm for shipping, so please understand that it will be slightly flattened. It will return to its original shape as it is made of silicone.
