How to Use
(1) Unfold the collapsed cleaning cup to form a cup shape.
(2) Add water, place your menstrual cup inside, and close the lid.
(3) Place in the microwave. (6 minutes at 500W / 5 minutes at 600W)
(4) Once cooled, remove the clean cup from the microwave.
(5) Remove your menstrual cup and wipe off the hot water with a clean cloth.
*Please be very careful to avoid burns.
